Job Description

Vinculum software and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Management

Manage key client accounts and act as the primary point of contact
Coordinate with clients for order processing, billing, and issue resolution
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Prepare reports and updates for clients on inventory and order status

Operations Management

Handle end-to-end operational processes including order fulfillment, dispatch, and returns
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams
Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records using
Vinculum and WMS
Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement, and reconciliation
Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
Ensure proper SKU mapping and system updates

Software & System Handling

Use
Vinculum
for inventory, order, and account management
Work on
WMS
for warehouse operations and stock tracking
Generate MIS reports and analyze operational data
Ensure data accuracy across systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with
Vinculum software
(mandatory)
Strong working knowledge of
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Understanding of inventory control, order management, and operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Experience

15 years of experience in
Account Management / Operations / Inventory roles
Experience in
e-commerce, retail, logistics, or supply chain
is preferred
