Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and website leads efficiently.
  • Handle online orders, inquiries, and follow-ups from Ncart.in and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.).
  • Update, list, and manage product details, pricing, and inventory on all sales channels.
  • Maintain website products and content through the admin panel.
  • Coordinate order dispatches, returns, and payment collections.
  • Follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp for conversions and feedback.
  • Prepare basic daily reports on leads, sales, and performance.
  • Work closely with the management team to improve online visibility and customer experience.

    • Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (custom admin panel).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and IndiaMART is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in

    Hindi

  • Knowledge of any

    local language

    Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu

    will be an added advantage.
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, etc.).
