Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research on cosmetics and perfume categories, including market trends, pricing analysis, and consumer preferences
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, market, and consumer data to identify opportunities and risks
Monitor and track competitor activities, product launches, and brand positioning
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business and marketing strategies
Assist in forecasting, market sizing, and performance analysis
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver actionable insights
Support management with data-driven recommendations for business growth

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in market research or data analysis (experience in cosmetics or perfume industry preferred)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of BI tools and data visualization platforms will be an added advantage
Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into clear, meaningful insights
Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
