Role & Responsibilities

Physical Security:

Deployment & monitoring of Security guards as requiredExperience in ISMS/ISO/ Physical security auditsMaintaining the registers and ensure we are compliantPhysical Security audits and compliancesMonitoring all the employees, visitors, vendors and material movementPreparing SEZ gate passes for material movementEnsure Access Control System is UP all the timeWorking with campus security team for to day operationsLooking after parking area and addressing the grievancesImplementing the Physical security policies and proceduresWorking with transport team on the safety aspects of employeesEnsure female employees are escorted as required

Access Control & CC TV

Hands on experience in access and CCTV application (Honeywell/siemens/similar)Activation/Deactivation of employee’s access in tool/applicationProvision of Access Cards To All EmployeesFacing in Internal and external Audits.CCTV recording, backup and checking footagePreparing monthly recon report of cards and inventory

SEZ/STPI Procedures

Working experience in SEZ/STPI campusHandling DTA/BOE/TR/Gate pass/ free form along with CHA supportVisiting SEZ office for SEZ related activities and compliancesliaison with SEZ office for VIP/Expat entry and formalities

General Administration And Facilities Activities

Taking care of repair and Maintenance.Maintaining Stock of Printing and Stationary itemsMaintaining MIS reports as requiredProcessing all admin & facility related invoicesCapacity/Seating managementKnowledge in SAP SCM is an advantageKnowledge in Housekeeping and pantry servicesEvent management and guests handlingKnowledge in CLRA compliances of the 3rd party staffKnowledge of EHS and EOHS compliance and requirements
