Job Title : Executive / Sr. Executive

Reporting to : General Manager Accounts

Roles and Responsibility

· Preparing Export & Import documents as per SEZ Guidelines, including EXPORT INVOICE, DTA SALE, and EOU SALE & DTA PROCUREMENT.

· Maintaining Daily accounts.

· Preparing Sales Invoice, Payment, Receipts, Cash entries, Bank entries, Journal Entry, GRN, Sales Order, and Delivery Note in Tally Prime.

· Managing purchase orders, supplier payments, and material follow-ups.

· Handling payments, receivables and customer follow-up.

· Maintaining Petty Cash.

· Monthly GST return filing.

· Managing logistics related to Export & Import

· Preparing Pro Forma invoices for customers

· Monthly CSEZ return filing

· SEZ Annual Performance Report (APR) filing.

· Working with Tally Prime Accounting Software

· Managing bank-related works (Fund Transfer/RTGS/NEFT, Cheque clearance) Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.

· Ageing preparation.

· SEZ BLUT Update & Renewal (Bond cum Legal Undertaking)

· SEZ LOA Update & Renewal (Letter of Acceptance).

· SEZ Export Products Approval

· Electricity Tax Exemption for SEZ Unit.

· EPCS RCMC (Registration Cum Membership Certificate)
