Foster a culture of discipline and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications and Skills Required: · Education: Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific/technical field. · Experience: 2-8 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the herbal, ayurvedic, pharmaceutical, or food industry. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of production processes in herbal extraction/formulation and relevant regulatory requirements (GMP, FSSAI, etc.). Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
