Sr. Executive Accounts

You will be responsible for preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information. Additionally, you will document financial transactions by entering account information and recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options and cost reduction. You will summarize the current financial status by collecting information, preparing finalization of books of accounts, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. It will be your duty to substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents and maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. You will guide accounting staff by coordinating activities and answering questions. Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information and securing financial information by completing database backups will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will maintain financial security by following internal controls and answer accounting procedure questions by auditors. Ensuring compliance with statutory state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions will be crucial. You will prepare special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends. Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping financial information confidential will be essential. Furthermore, you will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Your role will involve accomplishing results by performing duties, supervising, guiding, training, retaining the team, and contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
