Sr Exec/AM, Artist & Repertoire

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and driven Artiste Manager to manage the day-to-day operations and live business for a high-profile artiste. This role is based out of Delhi and requires year-round travel, working closely with the artiste, ensuring all professional needs are met, and managing engagements with utmost discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: • Shadow the Artiste: Accompany the artiste across all engagements (gigs, shoots, meetings, travel, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and support. • End-to-End Live Business Management: Handle all aspects of the artiste’s live shows — from inquiry to booking, logistics, hospitality, and on-ground execution. • Client & Partner Communication: Handle all calls and communications on behalf of the artiste with promoters, clients, venues, vendors, and partners. • Show Closures & Dealings: Negotiate, finalize, and close live performance bookings, corporate events, and appearances. • Financial Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of earnings, advances, payments, and expenses; report to the Mumbai office on a daily basis. • Daily Reporting: Send structured updates to the head office, including schedules, engagements, and finances. • Travel Coordination: Manage all travel and accommodation for the artiste and team – domestic and international. • Schedule Management: Ensure punctuality and efficiency in day-to-day scheduling; work closely with other teams (PR, marketing, production). • Discretion & Professionalism: Handle all responsibilities with sensitivity, confidentiality, and professionalism Show more Show less
