Position: Executive Assistant
Band: A
Designation: Sr. Executive/AM
Qualification Essential : Bachelors degree/Master's Degree from any discipline from a recognized institute
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role (gifting industry experience is a plus).
Job Responsibility-This position holder is responsible for the following :
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Assist in taking orders.
Help clients with customization requests and ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Maintain client databases, order records, and invoicing.
Coordinate with courier/logistics services to ensure timely deliveries.
Assist in day-to-day office tasks and scheduling meetings.
Assist in catalogue creation for festive collections (Rakhi, Diwali, etc.).
Support in setting up pop-up stalls, exhibitions, or corporate gifting events.
Requirements:
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Excel, and basic graphic tools (Canva is a plus).
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi, with good interpersonal skills.
Passionate about gifting & design.

Age: 25- 35 years.
CTC: 3.5 4.5 LPA approx. CTC Not a constraint for suitable candidate
Candidate should not be frequent job changer.
Notice Period: Joining period Max 30 Days. We can buy notice period, if required.
