ANT Solution is a leading IT infrastructure and networking solutions provider, specializing in Data Center Solution, Enterprise infra Development, IP-based surveillance, and software-defined networking.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
i.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.3.Work closely with technical teams to provide customized IT infrastructure solutions.
4.Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
6.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
a. Experience: 5+ years in account management, sales, or business development (preferably in IT, Networking, or Cybersecurity).
b. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
c. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
d. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions is a plus.
e. Proven Track Record: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
f. CRM & Tools: Experience with CRM tools (Bitrix, Salesforce, or similar) is preferred.
