Job Description

Managing the production in shift as per defined system. 2.Key Role & Responsibilities :- Responsible for PDC production in shift. Achieve the production targets as per standards. Follow the PDC plan and deliver the parts as per plan. Control the consumable cost in a shift as per standard. Communication with next internal customer for any shortages or quality issues in shift. Achieve the KPI targets defined by management. Follow the safety and TPM practices on shop floor. Maintain the 5s on shop floor. Ensure & Perform Day to day activities includes - Production Planning, OEE Improvement & No of shot improvement in DC. Drive Productivity & Rejection Improvement, Ensure Safe working Environment. Leading role for TPM - JH Deployment 3.Qualification & Experience Required :- B.E / Diploma- Engineer (Mechanical /electrical / Automobile) - DME/BE - With 8 to 10 Years Experience in Die casting Field with Good DC process (900T and above) and problem- solving Techniques. 4.Personal Characteristic :- To be an action Oriented, Good skill as Die Casting Person. Good Leadership. Have good knowledge of handling a PDC shift with positive attitude. Should work in team as a active team member.
