Job Responsibilities :

• Follow procedures and practices for site civil maintenance
• Provide common area maintenance for civil activities
• Ensure Compliance SMP's and Best Engineering Practices
• Responsible for managing maintenance cost within budget
• Participate in Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis of issues
• Periodic Performance monitoring and reporting
• Participate in Civil Reliability & Integrity studies & follow recommendations
• Responsible for Contractor management
• Turnaround and shutdown coordination and execution
• Provide support to minor projects
• Conduct Obsolescence and Knowledge management
• Coordinate with functional groups for technical support
• Conduct training in one's field
• Identify training needs of subordinates and recommend training programmes for them
• Attend required trainings for develop additional capability/skills
• Follow applicable HSE procedures/ practices
• Monitor and audit compliance with applicable HSE procedures/ practices
• Track new regulations (local and international) and provide structured mechanism for compliance
• Nominate participation in external events
• Recommend presentations / publications
• Timely release of Standards and Guidelines
• Streamline civil maintenance activities and good housekeeping of the site.
• Audit the sites for ensuring compliance
• Keep close watch on expenditures and different civil works
• Minimum repeated failures and low hindrance to running plant
• Timely completion of different maintenance jobs
• Maintain integrity of structures
• To get qualified and experienced contractors for jobs with adequate skilled manpower.
• Timely completion of shut down related jobs.
• Smooth takeover of projects as per specifications and drawings.

Education Requirement :

• Graduate Engineer 1st Class from reputed engineering college
• Diploma 1st class from reputed engineering college

Experience Requirement :

• 5 years in Oil & gas or Petrochemical Industry
• 10 years for diploma in Oil and gas or petrochemical industry
