Job Description

Purpose of Position :-

This position is responsible for overall quality control of manufactured products. Responsible to manage QC team, customer support for any quality related/ technical concern and ensure 100% defect free product supply to customer.

Qualification Required :-

Diploma / BE Electronics Chemical Or B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry

Skill Set Required :-

Quality control system knowledge, Defect analysis, Customer Communication CAR ISO-5S, Six sigma , MS Office- ERP Knowledge-Computer proficiency, Communication skill – Excellent

Years of Experience :-

4+ years’ experience of process industry

Specific Experience :-

Quality control in any electronics manufacturing process industry

General Shift (Flexibility based on production need)

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure outgoing product quality. Zero complaint from customer.
  • Ensure corrective measures in case of any deviation in process parameters and consult group leader to implement corrections.
  • Daily route cause analysis for production defects / rejection of previous day.
  • Prepare and present data of quality review in daily quality meeting.
  • Random process parameter and operating guideline follow-up of entire production plan process.
  • Maintain ISO documents for process and production. Conduct Internal ISO audit.
  • Evaluate new raw material and submit feedback report of every samples/ new raw material received.
  • Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
  • Resolve production process issues and escalate unresolved issues to Group leader immediately.
  • Communication with customers for any quality related observation/ concerns or any quality certificate/document needs.
  • Ensure complete ownership of FQC- Electrical testing department (Output- Quality - Machine - Team)
  • Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities
