Sr. Engineer - Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Manage maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing technical guidance and training to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation, analyzing data to drive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the maintenance environment.
• Stay updated on technological advancements in maintenance practices and recommend appropriate changes.
  

Skills And Tools Required

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient in maintenance management software and systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
