Job Description

As a Specialist in electrical maintenance for a machine shop with 8-10 years of experience, your role will involve handling and managing shift maintenance. You should be well versed in working with various CNC machines including Horizontal and Vertical machining centers, CBN Grinding machines, Turning machine, Special purpose machines, Super finishing machines, Auto Loader Gantry, and Inspection Equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in Control Systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, and Toyoda - Familiar with Drives like Fanuc, Siemens, Rexroth, and Indramat - Knowledge of PLC programming, Data Handling, Program Upgradation, and troubleshooting - Understanding of MTTR, MTBF, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Time-based maintenance, sourcing of spare parts, development of alternate parts, Cost reduction of spare parts, Root Cause and Why Why Analysis of failures - Implementation of safety systems on machines including HIRA, LOTO, Risk and Hazard Analysis findings, and adherence to ISO Standards - Ensure preventive maintenance and performance evaluation of Utility Systems like Power distribution Panel -HT, LT, ACB, VCB, power transformers, Compressors, Diesel Generators, Forklift, Chiller unit, and UPS - Maintenance of the centralized filtration system - Monitoring and optimizing plant energy consumption - Implementation of 5's & TPM practices Qualifications Required: - BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering - 8-10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance Company does not provide additional details in the job description.,
