As a Specialist in electrical maintenance of a machine shop with hands-on experience in handling and managing shift maintenance, you will be responsible for various duties and responsibilities. You should be well-versed in Control Systems, Robot Automation, Gantry, Drives, and PLC. This includes expertise in Control Systems like Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Toyoda, Drives such as Fanuc, Siemens, Rexroth, Indramat, and PLC systems like Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley. Your role will also involve working with CNC machines such as Horizontal and Vertical machining centers, CBN Grinding machines, Turning machines, Special purpose machines, Super finishing machines, Auto Loader Gantry, and Inspection Equipment. Knowledge of PLC programming, Data Handling, Program Upgradation, and troubleshooting will be essential. You are expected to be familiar with MTTR, MTBF, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Time-based maintenance, sourcing spare parts, developing alternate parts, cost reduction of spare parts, and conducting Root Cause and Why Why Analysis of failures. Implementation of safety systems based on HIRA, LOTO, Risk and Hazard Analysis findings, and ISO Standards is crucial. Your responsibilities will include ensuring preventive maintenance and performance evaluation of Utility Systems such as Power distribution Panel - HT, LT, ACB, VCB, power transformers, Compressors, Diesel Generators, Forklifts, Chiller units, and UPS. You will also be required to maintain the centralized filtration system, monitor and optimize energy units, implement 5's & TPM, and provide Operator Training. Collaborating with international colleagues, you will support global initiatives.
