Your role at MAHLE will involve being responsible for machine shop maintenance on the shop floor, establishing strong relationships with shop floor workers, and meeting daily targets for camshaft maintenance. To excel in this position, you should be a specialist in electrical maintenance of machine shops with hands-on experience in shift maintenance. You should be well-versed in operating CNC machines like Horizontal and Vertical machining centers, CBN Grinding machines, Turning machines, and more. Additionally, knowledge of Control Systems, Robot Automation, Drives, and PLCs from various manufacturers is essential. Your responsibilities will include PLC programming, maintenance strategies, spare parts management, safety system implementation, and energy consumption optimization. A degree in Electrical Engineering, 8-10 years of relevant experience, and a willingness to work Monday to Saturday are necessary qualifications for this role.
