Sr. Education Counsellor

As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products and services. Your main tasks will include making outbound calls to introduce our offerings, conducting product demos to highlight their features, and converting leads into sales opportunities. Additionally, you will be tasked with upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, building and maintaining relationships to encourage repeat business, and achieving or exceeding sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis. Your ability to handle customer queries professionally and update the CRM system with relevant information will be crucial to your success in this role. To excel as an Education Counsellor, you should have a proven track record in Edtech sales and possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. A strong understanding of our products or the ability to quickly grasp their intricacies is essential, along with the capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and deliver results within specified deadlines. Your analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities will be assets as you navigate various customer interactions and sales processes.
