Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Education Counsellor to join our team in Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of study abroad processes, particularly for European countries, and at least 2 years of proven experience in overseas education counselling.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, especially in European countries (e.g., Germany, France, Italy, Poland, etc.)

Guide students through the entire admission process including course and university selection, application submission, documentation, and visa assistance.

Handle student queries in-person, via email, and over the phone with professionalism.

Maintain and update student records and follow up regularly.

Stay updated with the latest developments in international education and visa regulations.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Education Counsellor, preferably in the study abroad sector.
2. Strong knowledge of European countries and their admission/visa requirements.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Presentable, confident, and persuasive personality.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Graduate or postgraduate in any field.
