As an Admission Counsellor - Inside Sales Executive in EdTech located at Rohini West (On Site), your primary responsibility will involve engaging with potential customers through outbound calls to introduce and promote our products/services. Your role will also entail converting leads into sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits, and exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers. It will be crucial for you to nurture relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business and consistently achieve or surpass monthly/quarterly sales targets. Furthermore, you will be expected to address customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner while diligently updating our CRM system with all customer interactions and sales progress. To excel in this role, you must possess a proven track record in EdTech sales, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a knack for persuasion. Additionally, a strong grasp of product knowledge or the ability to quickly grasp it, coupled with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment and deliver results within specified deadlines, will be essential. Key Skills required for this position include proficiency in communication and persuasion, in-depth product knowledge, familiarity with CRM software, expertise in lead conversion and sales closure techniques, adeptness in delivering product demos and presentations, and proficiency in upselling and cross-selling strategies.
