Role Overview: As a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive, your primary focus will be on Meta Ads & Google Ads auditing, optimization, and strategy planning. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing account performance, identifying issues, and implementing ROI-driven strategies for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Audit and evaluate Meta Ads & Google Ads accounts to ensure optimal performance - Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, CPL & conversions - Develop data-driven strategies and monthly performance plans - Monitor daily campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments - Prepare performance reports with valuable insights and recommendations - Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization techniques - Stay updated with platform trends, updates, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies Qualification Required: - Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns - Strong understanding of campaign structures, tracking, bidding strategies, and analytics - Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, setting up Events, and Pixel configurations - Demonstrated track record of enhancing campaign performance - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex marketing challenges Additional Company Details: This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits provided by the company.
