Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through both online and offline channels. You'll be networking, cold calling, and using platforms like LinkedIn to connect with potential clients.
  • Client Meetings:

    Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and marketing managers to understand their needs. This includes both in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Sales Pitches:

    Present our core services, which are focused on

    , and explain how our strategies can help businesses achieve their goals.
  • Relationship Building:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as the primary point of contact during the sales cycle.
  • Proposal Creation:

    Work with our internal teams to create compelling proposals and contracts that outline project scopes and expected outcomes.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Negotiate terms and successfully close new digital marketing projects.
  • Market Awareness:

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new performance marketing techniques to better position our services.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    1-5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience within a digital marketing agency.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge:

    A solid grasp of performance marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and lead generation.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proactive Attitude:

    A self-starter who is comfortable with a sales-driven environment and motivated by hitting targets.
  • Networking Skills:
