At PinTech Digital, we focus on delivering tangible ROI for our clients through data-driven strategies and campaigns. This role will provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, where you'll contribute directly to the success of diverse performance marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Performance Campaign Management:

    Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns on platforms like

    Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid social channels.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    Utilize analytics tools such as

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    and client dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Conversion Rate. Generate and present clear, actionable reports to the team and clients.
  • Keyword & Audience Research:

    Conduct in-depth research to identify high-value keywords for PPC campaigns and define target audiences for paid social ads to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization:

    Actively participate in A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
  • Budget Management:

    Monitor campaign budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns are on track to meet performance goals without overspending.
  • Competitive Analysis:

    Stay informed about competitor performance marketing strategies and industry trends to provide our clients with a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the creative, content, and client servicing teams to ensure a cohesive and high-performing marketing strategy.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Experience:

    0 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a performance marketing or digital agency setting.
  • Education/Certification:

    Must have completed a comprehensive digital marketing course with a strong focus on performance marketing.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of

    Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, especially

    Google Analytics (GA4).

  • Understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills

    with an ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
