We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. Looking for immidiaite Joiners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Set clear KPIs and track performance metrics to measure success.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage a variety of digital marketing campaigns, including:
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
  • Social media marketing
  • Email marketing
  • Content marketing
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various channels.
  • Business Dovlopment ( Online Bidding Upwork,Freelancing,Guru.etc)
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and continuously monitor performance.
  • Website Management:
  • Oversee website development and maintenance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Optimize website for search engines and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage website content and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
  • Allocate funds to various channels and campaigns based on performance.
  • Track expenses and provide regular budget reports.
  • Training & Dovlopment :
  • Manage the digital marketing traiing program effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Comfortable to work with minimum 1 years of agreement.
  • Ready to work with startup.
  • Self learing availability
