Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development and integration of advanced solutions that drive organizational success. This role does not require travel. Responsibilities Develop and implement MuleSoft API-led connectivity solutions to meet business requirements.Design and integrate MuleSoft applications to ensure seamless data flow across systems.Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to optimize performance and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for integration projects.Oversee the development lifecycle ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MuleSoft integrations and applications.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and solutions.Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support in MuleSoft technologies.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MuleSoft and integration technologies.Ensure that all solutions comply with security and compliance standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and integration processes. Qualifications Must have extensive experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity demonstrating the ability to develop robust integration solutions.Must have strong expertise in MuleSoft Integration with a proven track record of successful project implementations.Must have proficiency in MuleSoft Application Network ensuring optimal performance and scalability of solutions.Nice to have experience in Program Management providing a broader understanding of project execution and delivery.Nice to have knowledge in Organization Change Management aiding in the smooth transition and adoption of new solutions.Must have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.Must have strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.Must have a keen eye for detail ensuring high-quality and consistent code.Must have experience working in an agile development environment contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.Must have the ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes.Must have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.Must have a strong understanding of security and compliance standards in integration solutions. Certifications Required MuleSoft Certified Developer MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
