Sr. Content Marketing Executive

This role requires a creative, strategic, and hands-on professional who can produce high-quality content, lead marketing initiatives, and drive measurable results across multiple platforms.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

-----------------------------

1. Content Creation & Publishing

• Write, edit, and publish long-form articles, guides, and resources across diverse topics (primarily for U.S. audiences).

• Proven ability to WRITE and deal with long-form articles (2,000–3,000+ words) specifically for a US audience.

• Excellent command of American English — grammar, tone, flow, and cultural context.

• Take full ownership of assigned projects — from ideation to publishing — ensuring each piece of content aligns with quality, tone, and performance goals.

• Optimize content for both users and search engines, ensuring consistent formatting, readability, and structure.

2. Content Marketing & Promotion on Social Media mainly Pinterest

• Plan and execute content marketing campaigns through platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook, and others.

• Create visually appealing Pinterest Pins, posts, and other creatives using tools like

  Canva

  .

• Develop and implement strategies to drive organic reach, engagement, and sustainable traffic growth.

3. Team Coordination & Oversight

• Review and edit content created by other team members to maintain brand consistency and editorial quality.

• Manage the publishing pipeline and ensure timely updates across websites and social media channels.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and handle multiple workstreams smoothly.

4. Adaptability & Strategic Thinking

• Stay updated with changes in algorithms, AI tools, and content trends to keep strategies relevant.

• Be flexible and open to experimenting, learning, and pivoting strategies as needed.

• Take a data-informed yet creative approach to solving problems and improving outcomes.
  

5. Hands-on Execution

• Work confidently in

  WordPress

  to upload, format, and publish content.

• Create basic visual assets independently using

  Canva

  or similar tools.

• Be comfortable executing tasks yourself initially, learning through doing, and then delegating effectively as the team grows.
