Job Description

Job Overview:

Senior Consultant ServiceNow ITSM

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM implementations
including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
Configure core ITSM modules:
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into platform solutions.
Design and implement workflows, forms, notifications, and integrations with other systems (AD, monitoring tools, ITOM, etc.).
Ensure compliance with
ITIL best practices
and organizational governance standards.
Perform
system upgrades, platform enhancements, and performance optimization
.
Guide and mentor junior consultants and developers in the ServiceNow practice.
Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and user training materials.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos, proposals, and estimations.
