As a Senior Cloud Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your main focus will be on migration, modernization, and GenAI-ready infrastructures to ensure security, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with architects, DevOps, MIR, and customer success teams will be key to delivering enterprise-grade cloud solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Cloud Architecture & Engineering** - Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-availability cloud solutions. - Build cloud-native environments using serverless, managed services, and Kubernetes. - Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible) for repeatable deployments. - **Migration & Modernization** - Lead cloud migration projects for applications, databases, and workloads. - Re-architect legacy systems into cloud-native and microservices-based models. - Modernize workloads with serverless, Kubernetes, managed databases, and event-driven patterns. - **Operations & Reliability** - Collaborate with the MIR team to implement monitoring, logging, and proactive alerting. - Work with DevOps to integrate IaC templates into CI/CD pipelines. - Optimize performance, availability, and cost of cloud workloads. - **Security & Compliance** - Enforce best practices for IAM, encryption, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance (ISO, SOC, GDPR, etc.). - Design secure data architectures for AI-driven and analytics workloads. - **Collaboration & Leadership** - Mentor junior engineers and guide them on cloud best practices. - Support architects and pre-sales teams in solution design and proposals. - Ensure smooth onboarding and lifecycle management of customer environments. **Requirements:** **Technical Skills:** - 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering/architecture roles. - Expertise in one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP); multi-cloud exposure preferred. - Proven experience in cloud migration and application modernization. - Strong hands-on knowledge of IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible). - Proficiency in containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE) and serverless. - Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI). - Solid understanding of networking, VPC design, and hybrid connectivity. **Soft Skills:** - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - Ability to lead projects and mentor team members. **Certifications (Preferred):** - AWS Solutions Architect Professional / DevOps Engineer Professional - Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Google Cloud Professional Architect - Kubernetes CKA/CKAD - Cloud AI/ML certifications (preferred) Join us to lead high-impact cloud migration and modernization projects, work on GenAI-ready architectures, and be part of a collaborative culture with opportunities for leadership and growth.
