Job Description

  • Support the GTM CoE PMO by managing small to mid-sized projects, ensuring timely execution, and tracking progress against objectives.
  • Maintain and update global trackers, dashboards, and program management tools to ensure accurate visibility on project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate the Business Review (BR) process end-to-end, including agenda planning, content preparation, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up tracking.
  • Support governance processes for GTM initiatives by ensuring deliverables, action items, and outcomes are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of program management templates, playbooks, and knowledge repositories.
  • Prepare business updates, reports, and presentations for GTM leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Operations) to align priorities, gather inputs, and resolve blockers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management practices, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and increase efficiency
Who are you?
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Project/Program Management, PMO, or related functions within a SaaS, IT, or global enterprise environment.
  • Strong proficiency in project management and collaboration tools , CRM systems (Salesforce), and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau) is considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting Business Reviews, executive reporting, or global program management.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the drive to improve processes and enable team success.
