Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in

the Direct Sales through Interior Designers and Architects (Electronics Product). The ideal candidate will have

a strong background in Electronics or Home Automation Products, proven experience in business

development, and the ability to build lasting relationships with influencers. This role is pivotal in expanding our

client base and driving revenue growth by acquiring new projects across City of Ahmedabad and Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify, develop, and introduce Company to Interior Designers and Architects

 Build and maintain strong relationships and close Sales through them for their projects

 Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and emerging opportunities.

 Prepare and deliver impactful business proposals, presentations, and negotiations.

 Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance) to ensure seamless project execution

and product deliveries.

 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

 Track, measure, and report on sales performance against set targets.

 Travel extensively as required to meet clients and expand business opportunities within Ahmedabad

and in surroundings.

Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field

(MBA preferred but not mandatory).

 Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.

 Background in Electronics, Automation, CC TV is highly desirable.

 Strong network of Interior Designers and Architects in Ahmedabad is must.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.

Compensation & Others

 Up to 6 LPA or as per industry standards, commensurate with experience and expertise.

 Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities available.

 Location : Ahmedabad

 Gender : Female preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
