Profile/Designation - Sr Business Development Executive/ Consultant Preference - Females Handling Inbound Inquiries - Market research, Cold Calling, presenting CC , collecting requirements, mature the lead for closures Market Research Cold Calling Requirement Gathering In-person meetings with the clients and drafting MOMs Understanding client requirements related to project Logging all activities in CRM Taking regular follow ups via emails/calls/ messages Email Drafting Ownership and Teamwork Overall role will be target oriented sales (Currently there will be no discussion on incentives or targets, it will be discussed post joining) Cheque and 1 Year bond compulsory 2 years commitment Non negotiables - Not looking for excellent but need at least good communication in terms of Language (Language - English, Hindi/Gujarati) since the candidate is going to speak to the Director/HOD level person Flexible - he will be trained for the entire process hence should have good attitude to be able to adapt new processes, has to be patient enough to learn Presentable ( Personality) since he is going to make F2F meetings, Confident enough to face the clients questions over the call
