Sr. Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Skilled in requirement gathering and articulating - Creating Requirement documents and Functional Test case documents - Executing Functional testing and reporting defects - Taking responsibility of the solution to be delivered to the customers using our product offering, from the requirement confirmation stage up to the final customer acceptance stage - Carry out customer business requirement analysis using Requirement Workshops, Conference Room Pilots - Conceptualize the solution using our product offering to meet the requirements of the customer - Discuss, present scenarios to the customer of solutions to meet their requirements - Lead the development team to build the proposed solution using the available product offering - Lead the engagement team to get the final solution tested and approved Your soft skills will also be crucial in this role, including: - Analytical skills for sessions with customer personnel - Ability to conceptualize solutions - Strong written and oral communication - Interact effectively with senior management and lead development teams - Overall management skills to maintain customer relationships - Confidence, responsibility, and high initiative - Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA / MMS / PGDBA with mandatory first-class throughout academics Additional details about the company may not be provided in the job description.
