Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Billing & Estimation Engineer based in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimation for projects, conducting project research and evaluating project costs, assisting in the preparation of tenders, and collaborating with teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. The role also involves maintaining cost control, negotiating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring adherence to project budgets and deadlines while complying with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and Project Estimation
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering with sound knowledge of construction principles and techniques
• Excellent Negotiation skills for liaising with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Capability to conduct in-depth Research and analysis for cost estimation and project planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with construction project management software and tools is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
