SR. BDM Contract Manufacturing

As a Senior Business Development Manager based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to drive company revenue and achieve revenue targets from banking domain clients. You will accomplish this by managing the sales portfolio of products, software, systems, and services. Your role will involve identifying profitable business opportunities, developing long-term growth strategies, and maintaining relationships with principals in alignment with the business objectives set by senior management. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies to generate revenue. You will be tasked with setting and achieving targets for business divisions to maximize profitability and ensure revenue growth. Analyzing sales data to enhance marketing strategies, providing leadership to enhance performance and customer satisfaction, and analyzing market trends to counter competition will be essential aspects of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for leading market sector positioning, generating leads, engaging in pre-proposal activities, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting product demonstrations, and strengthening customer relationships through frequent visits. Ensuring regulatory and internal compliance in the sales process, coordinating with manufacturing heads for production follow-up, managing multiple projects, and analyzing departmental performance will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record in business development, sales management, and project management within a multi-vendor environment. Critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. An engineering background is preferred, and candidates with an MBA or PG in Marketing will be given due consideration. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The job requires a total of 10 years of experience and will be based in Mumbai.
