Job Description

Experience – 5 -7 yrs

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Qualification: B. Tech or B.E., B.C.A. prior to M.C.A.

Shift: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM


Job Summary

QA professional with strong expertise in manual & test automation and end-to-end testing for web applications. Experienced in ensuring product quality through a combination of automation, manual testing, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute manual testing & automation test scripts using Playwright (Python)

  • Perform UI, API & Database, end-to-end, Integration, regression, smoke, and functional testing

  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios

  • Identify, report, track, and validate defects throughout the defect lifecycle

  • Collaborate with developers, backend, and product teams and business stakeholders for issue resolution.

  • Support release validation and regression cycles

  • Ensure adherence to testing best practices and company QA standards.

  • Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and clients.


Technical Skills

Automation & Frameworks

  • Playwright (Python)

  • PyTest

  • Page Object Model (POM)

  • UI & Web Application Testing

  • API Testing (basic automation & validation)

  • End-to-End Testing

  • Manual Testing (functional, regression, smoke)

  • Mobile App Testing (Android/iOS and Hybrid)

  • Good knowledge of Accessibility Testing (WCAG guideline/standards).


Performance Testing

  • JMeter

  • Locust

  • Selenium WebDriver (Basic level)


Security Testing:

  • Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing

  • OWASP Top 10 Vulnerability Testing

Tools: Burp suites or Metasploit Framework


Methodologies

  • SDLC / STLC

  • Agile / Scrum


Tools & Practices

  • Defect tracking and test management tools

  • Test documentation & reporting

  • CI/CD awareness for automated test execution
