We are rapidly expanding our offline presence through exclusive brand outlets and shop-in-shop formats across major retail chains.​ Role Overview: As a Senior Associate – Retail Projects, you will support the end-to-end execution of retail store projects, ensuring timely launches, adherence to brand standards, and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders.​ Key Responsibilities: Assist in evaluating and onboarding vendors for store fit-outs and maintenance. Coordinate the implementation of retail identity elements, ensuring consistency across locations. Monitor project timelines to ensure store openings align with scheduled fit-out periods. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and mall/high street guidelines. Track project budgets, aiming to maintain capital expenditures within allocated per square foot costs. Support the repair and maintenance activities for existing stores and shop-in-shop setups. Maintain effective communication with mall management and engineering teams. Prepare and present periodic project updates and reports to senior management.​ Preferred Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in retail project management within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
