Sr. Associate - PR Communication

Role description

Location - Pune 

Experience - 4 to 8 years

This role will focus on boosting media and agency relations, driving content development, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting high-impact brand and leadership campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and coordination skills with a good grasp of the media ecosystem and marketing campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Media relations and stakeholder coordination: Collaborate and manage end-to-end daily operations with the PR agency, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination and timely delivery of assets

Act as the SPOC for all the PR & media activities a nd collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign execution Track and analyze PR outcomes to provide insights for future campaigns

Content development Draft and edit high-impact content such as press releases, media briefs, talking points, authored articles, blogs, and other marketing collaterals

 Collaborate internally to develop communication material for leadership profiling, brand storytelling, and strategic themes Campaign Support & Special Projects

Support the communications planning and message development for brand initiatives and other leadership visibility programs 

Work closely with the marketing and digital teams to ensure consistent brand voice across owned and earned channels

Support other verticals and business functions for their marketing communication, PR promotion, and content development needs as and when required, e.g., investor presentation, Innovent Hackathon, CSR programs, etc.

Experience in PR and corporate communications or brand communications agency or in-house 

Proven understanding of media ecosystems, especially automotive, tech, and business domains 

Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines Experience with PR measurement tools is a plus
