Job Description

  • The Candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and doing cross sell and upsell from the set of accounts allocated.
  • Accounts will consist of Banks & NBFCwho are our existing customers.
  • Will need to sell the Collections Platform, AI Products and Services to the identified set of customers.
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with stakeholders on the client side (product, tech, operations, strategy).
  • Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction metrics to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally to influence product, engineering, and operations roadmaps.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues with speed and precision.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), performance analysis, and strategic planning with key accounts.
  • Negotiate renewals, upsell value-added services, and ensure commercial alignment.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory developments affecting client strategy.
