Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Architect with a strong background in real estate design and project execution. The ideal candidate will lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring aesthetic excellence, functionality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop concept designs, master plans, and detailed working drawings.
• Ensure compliance with

  Haryana Building Codes, HUDA bylaws

  , and local regulations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, bylaws, and project timelines.
• Review and approve GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
• Collaborate closely with the construction and project management teams.
• Provide design solutions aligned with brand standards and sustainability goals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• 8–15 years of experience in real estate or large-scale architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design tools.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of modern design trends, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
