Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong design sensibility, leadership skills, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate should be able to take projects from concept to completion while managing a team of designers and coordinating with consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and project development from concept to execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Manage design timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and interns.
• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages.
• Conduct site visits and review progress to ensure adherence to plans.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in architecture and design execution.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and handle multiple projects independently.
• Experience in handling client communications and project coordination.

Pay: ₹83,333.33 - ₹125,000.00 per month
