Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end design and execution of architectural, interior, and landscape projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budget, and timelines Design & Creative Direction: Lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable solutions with high aesthetic value Client Management: Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations, presenting ideas, and ensuring high satisfaction levels throughout the project lifecycle Technical Oversight: Ensure quality and accuracy of design documentation, compliance with codes/regulations, and provide technical mentorship to junior staff Consultant & Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to integrate design and resolve site issues effectively Sustainability Focus: Integrate green building principles and innovative design practices into all project phases Team Leadership: Guide and mentor design teams, fostering a collaborative, ethical, and high-performance culture Business Development: Support proposal development, client outreach, and participate in industry events to drive firm growth Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate design, budget, and timeline risks Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to statutory codes, accessibility norms, and approval processes Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Design (M Arch preferred)Preferable from an architectural consulting firm and not from the Developer's company Location - The Ekta Hibiscus, 56, Christopher Road, Kolkata-700 046
