Job Description

Job Title: Design Lead - Corporate Office Interior Design

Location: Bangalore – HSR Layout

Company: Integrated Workplace Solutions

Design Head

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design strategy, concept development, and quality control across projects.
Engage directly with clients to understand their vision and present compelling design solutions.
Guide and mentor the design team, ensuring alignment with company standards and creative direction.
Oversee design documentation and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
Stay updated on workplace trends, materials, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
8–10 years of experience in workplace interior design, with team leadership exposure.
Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong design portfolio, communication skills, and project management ability.
Knowledge of building codes, D&B workflows, and sustainability practices preferred.
