Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage accounts receivable, billing, and revenue recognition processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Analyze invoices, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize order-to-cash cycles.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional support on all aspects of O2C billing operations.

Job Requirements :

7-12 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related field.
Strong knowledge of invoice processing, invoice generation, invoice verification, revenue assurance, revenue recognition, and O2C billing principles.
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights for business decision-making.
