Job Description

We are MG Global Services Private Limited (formerly known as 10FA India Private Limited, and prior to that Prudential Global Services Private Limited) . Running the logistics and operations for a number of information security and privacy training programs, whilst supporting the team to ensure the training runs smoothly from start to finish and also maintaining database in required quality.
Support CISO team in financial/service slide deck other reporting requirements
Support raising requisition, receipting in oracle REQ and also maintaining database.
Support coordination in Security Processes recharges recovery.
Provide CISO with supplier onboarding support
Undertake general administrative tasks such as minute taking at team and project meetings and supporting the wider Security team where needed.
Collaborate with trainers to analyse the effectiveness of the session, and proactively offer suggestions for improvements, through participation.
Communicating effectively and building relationships with key stakeholders for effective security and privacy awareness
Provide proof reading and editorial support for all written material.

Knowledge:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint MS Excel (this role includes extensive work using Excel PPT ).
Broad knowledge of business conducted within MG, including MG Global Services India.

Provide support and guidance to any business led initiatives.
Good facilitation, communication, negotiation and presentational skills.
Ability to build relationships at all levels in the business.
knowledge to gain commitment and get work done.
Ability to provide support to and accept direction from colleagues in other areas.
Remain effective in situations when responsibilities, tasks, priorities and / or work environment change significantly.
Allocate high priority to customer satisfaction at all times.
Be clear, concise and impactful when communicating with others.
Ability to assess multiple options (including consequences) in parallel, while working on possible solutions.
Exceptional calendar management skills
Desirable skills Powr BI/Power Apps

Experience:

2yrs+ experience in MIS, oracle requisition preferred.

Experienced in working with UK stakeholders.

An understanding of key information security risks posed

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in finance or commerce. (A Levels or equivalent qualification).
