Sr. Agency Development Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for agent recruitment, development, meeting business targets, and ensuring customer centricity in the role of a Senior Agency Development Manager. Your key responsibilities include developing various sources of agent hiring, building a team of agents, implementing MNYL GOLD process, ensuring product knowledge, achieving business targets, and being a customer champion. Key Responsibilities: - Agent Recruitment - Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agents and agent pipeline. - Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring. - Implement the MNYL GOLD process and adhere to business norms. - Follow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms. - Agent Development - Ensure product knowledge through MNYL ways of training. - Conduct field demonstration (FODs). - Develop agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits. - Work with agents on planning and reviewing activities and goals. - Identify the training needs of agents and work with Trainers to improve the same. - Meet Business Targets - Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans. - Improve agent productivity & persistency through regular PRP/IID/GID, etc. - Ensure the company's product mix sales ratio and adhere to business norms. - Maintain agent proactivity as per the business plan. - Customer Centricity - Be an MNYL brand ambassador & a customer champion. - Follow MNYL sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty. - Hold periodical customer meets to understand customer pulse & needs. - Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per MNYL standard. Qualification Required: - Graduate - Age not less than 28 years - Work experience not less than 4 years. - Average loyalty of 1.5 years per organization. - Minimum 3 years of experience in the city.
