Job Description

Role: Senior Project Executive – cum – Admin Executive
Location: Surat

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day project coordination activities related to store setups, renovations, asset tracking, and operational execution.
Handle all administrative tasks, including documentation, utility management, rental agreements, audit support, and inventory control.
Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and internal teams (Admin, Projects, Stores, and DCs) for smooth project and admin operations.
Visit store and DC locations across the city for physical verification of work & daily maintenance, vendor follow-ups, asset updates, and document handling.
Maintain trackers and reports for ongoing project activities, vendor bills, and expense records using Excel/Google Sheets.
Ensure timely closure of documentation and compliance-related tasks as per internal guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams and external vendors.
Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas and trackers).
Good understanding of city routes and readiness for daily travel.
Experience in handling administrative tasks, documentation, and vendor management.
Problem-solving approach and ability to work independently in the field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

2 Wheeler Licence (Required)

Willingness to travel:

100% (Required)
