Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and facility management.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance requests.
  • Handle front-desk responsibilities including visitor management and calls.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leaves.
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, travel bookings, and event arrangements.
  • Manage courier dispatch, inward/outward register, and company documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT departments for admin support needs.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the office premises.
  • Support compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and update records regularly.

Experience: 1 + Years
Candidate must have Real Estate background experience
