As we expand offline and prepare for investment opportunities, we’re looking for a highly skilled Manager-Accounts/Finance (CA – Inter) to lead and oversee the accounting and financial operations of our . The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting principles, managerial capabilities, and hands-on experience in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Operations:

o Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial reporting.

o Ensure timely closing of books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

o Handle statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.

2. Financial Management:

o Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. O Monitor plant expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place.

o Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement.

3. Compliance & Audits:

o Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

o Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

4. Team Leadership:

o Supervise a team of junior accountants and finance executives.

o Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring to the team.

5. MIS Reporting:

o Generate regular MIS reports for plant management to aid decision-making. o Analyze financial data and present insights to the leadership team.

6. Drafting, communication, and documentation expertise

7. Ability to manage stakeholder communication (legal, audit, board, investors)

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, and ERP systems.

• Hands-on experience in taxation (GST, TDS) and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

CA Inter (Mandatory).

• Prior experience in an apparel/D2C brand

• Worked on legal docs for VC/PE deals

• Knowledge of IP protection, retail contracts, or sustainability compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
