Sr. Accounts Executive

About the Role:

As a key member of our Finance Department, the Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our financial records and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, including GST, TDS, E-way Bill, and Challan requirements. This role demands a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing Daily Financial Operations:
- Accurately process all sales and purchase invoices in a timely manner.- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, diligently following up on outstanding dues.- Ensure all financial transactions are meticulously recorded in our accounting system (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accuracy of cash flow.- Manage petty cash disbursements and reconcile expense reports.

2. Maintaining Accurate Financial Records and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain a well-organized system for all financial documentation.- Adhere strictly to accounting principles and internal company policies.- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements and reports for management review.

3. Efficient Billing and Invoice Management:
- Generate and dispatch accurate rental invoices to clients promptly.- Track rental agreements meticulously to ensure correct billing according to agreed-upon terms.- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies, addressing client queries professionally.

4. Supporting Financial Reporting and Audits:
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.- Provide necessary data and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.

5. Ensuring GST, TDS, E-way Bill, and Challan Compliance:
- Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns accurately and within deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
