Sr. Accounts Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling vehicle billing, loan documentation, and invoice generation. Additionally, you will maintain daily accounting entries such as sales, receipts, expenses, and petty cash. Your role will involve performing bank reconciliations, monitoring cash & credit transactions, preparing and filing GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns, tracking dealer incentive claims, and coordinating with auditors for monthly/annual reports. Key Responsibilities: - Handle vehicle billing, loan documentation, and invoice generation - Maintain daily accounting entries including sales, receipts, expenses, and petty cash - Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash & credit transactions - Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns - Track dealer incentive claims and follow up - Coordinate with auditors for monthly/annual reports Qualifications Required: - Experience in the automobile segment is mandatory - B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter qualification - Strong knowledge of Tally/SAP and Indian taxation laws - Good leadership and communication skills - Ability to handle GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance - Proficiency in preparing MIS reports, monitoring expenses, and supporting management decisions - Experience in coordinating with Sales & Service teams for financial tracking - Ability to lead and guide the accounts team Note: Additional details of the company are not provided in the job description.
